AIR FRYER COCONUT SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS

Rinse and pat the shrimp dry thoroughly with paper towels. Whisk together Thai chili and orange marmalade for the dipping sauce.

STEP 1

Dip the shellfish, one at a time, into  seasoned flour, shaking off the excess. Then, dip into beaten eggs.

STEP 2

Place the dredged shellfish in a mixture of breadcrumbs and coconut, rolling to coat both sides.  Air dry on a wire rack until all shrimp are coated.

STEP 3

Spritz the shrimp with a light coating of olive oil, then place in the air fryer basket to cook.
