Maple Dijon Oven-Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Maple Dijon Oven-Roasted Pork Tenderloin is a melt-in-your-mouth, super-easy sheet pan dinner bursting with flavor.
Salt & Pepper
Add cubed sweet potatoes onto a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Combine the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Brush the tenderloin with the maple mustard mixture. Bake for 15 minutes then reduce temperature & bake for 30-40 minutes.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting diagonally into 3/4 inch slices
