Warm the refrigerated dough on the counter, then press into a pie plate and crimp the edges. Scatter the crispy bacon pieces and scallions evenly over the crust.
Then top with a big handful of shredded Swiss cheese.
Top with more Swiss and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
