STEP 1

Then top with a big handful of shredded Swiss cheese.

STEP 2

Whisk the eggs, milk, and cream together until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and pour into the crust.

STEP 3

Top with more Swiss and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
