Okra | Cornmeal Panko Breadcrumbs | Salt Pepper | Parmesan Cheese Eggs | Canola Oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the cornmeal, panko, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Gently toss the okra with the beaten eggs until evenly coated.
Add the wet okra to Panko mix and coat evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tender - flip halfway through -
