Buttery, spicy, and beautifully charred, Shrimp on the Barbie with a homemade Louisiana-style remoulade sauce is an easy and delicious appetizer for Summer-time grilling.
Mayonnaise | Mustard Milk | Horseradish Celery | White Onion Green Bell Pepper | Fresh Rarsley White Vinegar | Paprika Black Pepper | Cayenne Pepper
Salt | Garlic Powder Onion Powder | Black Pepper Chili Powder | Sugar Cayenne Pepper | Shrimp Lemon Juice | Butter Fresh Parsley
Preheat the grill 400 - 450. Mix together the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, chili powder, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Peel and devein the shrimp. stick the skewer through the middle of each shrimp.
Lightly sprinkle the shrimp seasoning mix all over the shrimp. Cook for 3 minutes. Flip the shrimp over and grill 2 to 3 minutes, or until browned on the other side. Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish them with fresh parsley. SAUCE: In a small bowl, whisk the mayo and Remoulade Sauce ingredients until smooth. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.
