Whole Wheat Honey Banana Bread

This whole wheat honey banana bread is made with natural sweeteners and very little fat for a delicious, healthy quick bread. Bake up a loaf today!

Olive Oil | Honey | Water or Milk Eggs | Mashed Bananas Vanilla | Salt | Baking Soda Cinnamon | Whole Wheat Flour

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350°. Coat the bottom and sides of a loaf pan with cooking spray. 

PREHEAT

Combine oil, milk and honey. Add eggs and beat well.  Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla. 

MIX BATTER

Next add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir until just combined. Spread batter into greased loaf pan and sprinkle with more cinnamon. 

FINISH BATTER

Bake for 60 minutes. Cool in loaf pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack and cool for 30 minutes before slicing.  Serve and enjoy!
