Sweet and crunchy, Poppy Seed Kale Salad is a delicious “almost homemade” side salad. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, ribs removed and finely chopped (about 4 cups packed)
  • 2 cups broccoli,, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cups carrots,, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup Marzetti Poppyseed Dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds,, for garnish if desired

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with Marzetti Poppyseed Dressing until well mixed. Serve immediately.
