HEALTHY VEGETABLE FRITTATA

Veggie frittatas are perfect for busy mornings, and it’s even better when you can make it ahead!

INGREDIENTS Eggs Onion Red bell pepper Broccoli  Garlic Cheddar cheese Parmesan cheese

Sauté the veggies until soft.

Whisk together  eggs and warm water.

Stir in cheese and spices.

Pour egg mixture into skillet with veggies and cook 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with more more cheese and transfer to the oven.

Bake until the eggs are set.

Slice & serve. Delicious!
