Salt | Dark Brown Sugar Smoked Paprika | Onion Powder Garlic Powder |  Dry Mustard

BBQ RUB

Unsalted Butter | Apple Cider Soy Sauce | Cholula Sauce Melt butter. Add apple cider, soy sauce, and hot sauce and bring to a simmer. Keep warm and use to baste/mop the ribs at the appropriate times.

MOP SAUCE

Apple Cider Vinegar | Ketchup  Mustard | Dark Brown Sugar Sea Salt | Ground Pepper Honey | Worcestershire | Bourbon Add all ingredients & bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until desired consistency.

BBQ SAUCE

Prepare the Ribs 1. Rinse, dry, and remove the membrane from the ribs. 2. Combine all the rub ingredients and apply a thin layer on both sides. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. 3. Remove the ribs & allow to set at room temperature for 30 mins. 4. Preheat the smoker to 250 degrees. 

PREPARE THE RIBS

Place the racks of ribs in the smoker. Cook for 4 hours.  Prepare the mop sauce and barbecue sauce. After four hours, begin mopping the ribs every 30 minutes for the next 2 hours. Remove the ribs from the smoker. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and return to the smoker.
