How to make Mushroom, Cheese, and Sausage Quiche

Start by placing the crust in the pie plate.

Now, cook the sausage, mushrooms, and transfer to the pie crust. Then top with shredded Swiss Cheese.

Whisk the eggs, half and half, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture evenly on top of the cheese and sprinkle with the fresh rosemary.

Finally, bake the quiche for 40 to 45 minutes until set and golden brown on top. Let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting, then dig in and enjoy!
