STEP 1: Wash, dry, and prick potatoes with a fork.

STEP 2: Drizzle the olive oil over the potato’s skin and sprinkle on a pinch of sea salt.

STEP 3: Rub the oil on all sides of the potatoes.

STEP 4: Bake the potatoes at 400 degrees — do not overcrowd!

Fluff with a fork and serve with your favorite toppings!
