INGREDIENTS

Whisk together the egg whites, lemon juice, and cornstarch in one dish.

Mix Parmesan, seasonings, lemon zest and the breadcrumbs in another.

Submerge each cutlet, one at a time, into the egg mixture.  Shake off the excess liquid before coating both sides in the breadcrumb mixture.

COAT THE CHICKEN

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. Then, cook the  cutlets for 10 minutes.
