Cornflake Crusted French Toast
We don’t do regular French toast here!
Eggs & Milk
Prep the ingredients by slicing the bread and whisking the eggs, milk and vanilla.
Chop the pecans and add to a zippered bag with the cornflakes. Crush them and add to a dish.
Dip the bread into the egg custard, then the crumbs, and place on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake the French toast sticks until golden brown - about 20 minutes.
Serve fresh with maple syrup and more of your favorite toppings!
