INGREDIENTS Onions  Shaved beef Garlic Worcestershire sauce Provolone cheese Hoagie rolls Salt & Pepper Oil & Butter

Preheat the griddle & melt butter.

Cook onions until tender.

Move onions to cool side, then sear beef.

Season with salt & pepper.

Next comes garlic & Worcestershire!

Bring it all together!

Then, melt the cheese!

Load it on a bun and serve!
