How to make this Oven-Fried Fish Recipe

Set up the dredging station

Using 3 containers, place the dry ingredients n the first, then the egg in the second and in the last, pour the panko.

Coat the Fish

Make sure the fish is coated on all sides, place on a baking sheet and drizzle the tops with olive oil.

Mix the homemade tartar sauce

Combine the mayonnaise, pickle relish, lemon juice, mustard, and hot sauce in a small bowl as the crispy fish bakes.
