This tangy Homemade Greek Salad Dressing has the perfect flavor balance to compliment a traditional Greek salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives, and Feta cheese.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil | Feta Cheese Garlic | Fresh Lemon Juice  Dijon Mustard |  Dried Oregano Balsamic Vinegar | Salt & Pepper  Red Wine Vinegar | Dried Basil

HOW TO

MAKE:

Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic clove, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and dried spices to a blender.  Blend for about a minute until the mixture is emulsified. Add the Feta cheese and balsamic vinegar, if using, and blend until creamy

Store Greek dressing in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. If refrigerated, allow to come to room temperature before serving. If you DO NOT add the Feta cheese to the dressing, it may be stored at room temperature for up to a week.
