Step 1

Make the sauce. Add the peanut butter, chicken broth, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir until you have a silky smooth texture.

Season the chicken. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sprinkle the cornstarch on top.

Coat the chicken. Gently toss until the chicken is completely coated with the seasonings and cornstarch.

Cook the garlic and ginger. Cook for about 30 seconds in hot oil until the ingredients are fragrant, continuously stirring.

Fry the chicken. Carefully drop the chicken into the hot oil and cook until all the pieces are lightly golden

Add the sauce. Pour in the tasty peanut sauce and stir until all the chicken is covered.

Thicken the sauce. Cook for another few minutes until the sauce is nice and thick. Then, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped peanuts and serve.
