STEP 1: Coarsely dice the jalapeño peppers.

STEP 2: Add the cheeses and sour cream to the slow cooker.

STEP 3: Add the peppers and bacon and cover with the lid.

STEP 4: Set the heat to low and cook until melted and bubbly!

STEP 5: Stir occasionally, and add more bacon at the end!
