This Balsamic Chicken recipe is flavorful, healthy, and so easy to adjust the ingredients in your pantry.
Add olive oil to the crockpot, mix the spices and sprinkle evenly on top of the chicken and toss in the minced garlic.

Pour in the tomatoes (with the juices), and balsamic vinegar on top of the chicken. Cover and cook 4 hours.
