July Challenge Recipe: Peach Cherry Cobbler

Every Summer, I can hardly wait until fresh cherries and peaches are available at our local produce market! This cobbler recipe was adapted from an old Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook to incorporate both kinds of fruit.

Follow my step-by-step instructions, then be sure to comment on the recipe post and let me know that you made it — that will enter you for a chance to win the Amazon gift card!

Variations and Substitutions

The beauty of this simple dessert is that you can substitute any combination of stone fruit — like plums or apricots — with tasty results.

Congratulations, Adrienne! Here’s what she had to say about the June recipe: “I love everything about the Blueberry Shortcake! The biscuits are so light and fluffy and very tender and the blueberry filling is delish! Great summer recipe!”
